Hello is Tosca....a friend took this picture of this little blue flowers in Norfolk...I would like to know the name!!!! anyone can help me???

Yes a Forget-me-not Myosotis sp. could be the garden variety.

Yup, I agree, definately a Myosotis sp. but which one is difficultt to tell for sure I think. More photos of the plant would help, and also some information of where it is growing too.
