I.D please for purple flower in London...

Hello ....is Tosca!!!!
Anyone can help me to find the name of this lovely purple flowers from a park in London? I took the picture today....so they are in flower now...
And do they grow in the wild?

Hebe x franciscana. This is likely planted in a London park + not a wild plant but does naturalise sometimes on the south coast + I've seen it naturalised on the Isle of Wight + Scilly.

Not tender ooop north.

Take cuttings in summer ( snips, 1/2 way-down in compost (to ensure continuity, forward of a hard winter. )
Same with any variagated Hebe - they are on the tender side.
Generally speaking the larger the leaf of a Hebe the more tender it will be.
