Hi...ID please!!!!
Hello, is Tosca....I am wondering if anyone knows the name of this flowers, its a small shrub and the flowers and the leaves are very tiny!!!
I spotted this plant in wales!!! it looked like a fuchsia to me, but not sure!!!
any help.... please!!!!

Hi Tosca. You are correct. Your plant is a Fuchsia. It's a hybrid dwarf Fuchsia, Fuchsia x bacillaris.
There are several different varieties.
Dorts.
