Hello is Tosca!!!! I have taken this pictures today in London....I need help for the names....please help!!!

Hi Tosca.
1. is Crown Vetch.
2. is a Euphorbia (Spurge), there are very many different kinds.
3. Looks like a Salvia (Clary), again many different kinds.
4. Sorry, I can't make this one out at the moment.

Yes, Diplotaxis tenuifolia was indeed one of my thoughts, I just felt the flowers looked a bit too 'full', and also I couldn't see the leaves very clearly.
But you could well be correct.
