I usually get one or two plants in flower in my garden at this time of year. Very mild down here. Only just tested out the central heating today to see if it works.

My wild primroses usually have the odd flower on them throughout autumn/winter but this is the first year the cowslip has had one too. Also found celandines coming into leaf today which is unusual too. |

What really surprised me about this was that this plant had flowered once in the late spring . But it is amazing to me the amount of garden plants flowering around the place including yucca plants. Oh well blame it on global warming and hope we don't lose to many of our native plants...  | | |
