Do you have any photos of the plant in number 2 that shows the leaves?

2. looks like Fennel - Foeniculum vulgare.
A pic of a leaf would confirm.

The only leaves I can see are those of the Tomato.
Not a Crucifer, so I'll stick with Fennel or similar.

There are some fine leaves near the bottom right, above the large tomato leaf that look Fennelish but far from me to ID it! |

I can see the leaf now + it's either Fennel or Dill. |
