Plant confirmation please

I found this on the sea wall at Bradwell-on-sea.Ithink it must be Golden samphire (I hesitate to put it on in case its another garden escape)

Hi, the post about the Golden samphire was mine on 24 September. I guess we will have to take our pictures a few weeks earlier next year, earthgraham, when the flowers should look spectacular

Golden Samphire appears to be decreasing, and is now quite scarce. In England it is only locally common around the Thames Estuary and the Hants/Sussex coast from Southampton to Chichester.
Very local elsewhere, so always a good find and worth recording.
