Hello....is Tosca, would like to know if this a wildflower, or cultivated! also I would like to know the name!!!

I'm pretty sure this is Snowberry - Symphoricarpos albus

Once upon a time it was widely planted as game cover and food for pheasants on many estates. Not a popular plant now for this purpose. Many of the original plantings still survive.

As children we used to pick these, put them on the pavement and stamp on them to make a popping sound (little things amuse......)

Do not plant one in your garden - the roots spread underground and the shoots pop up all over the place! Very difficult to get rid of. The only good thing is that the insects like the flowers, and leaf-cutter bees the leaves.
