There seems to be a five-toothed tubular calyx, teeth of equal length. Rose seems to suggest Calamintha nepeta. Rose also says this is scarce in the wild. You can buy it in garden centres though, which is why this plant is one of the most obvious in my garden at the moment (it spreads readily, my one plant became many). A real bee magnet.
I have no idea whether it is this or not, but it looks similar.

Yes it's Lesser Calamint - Calamintha nepeta, a rare native, only locally common in Essex.
As Deb has said, it is available for the garden, the most common variety being one called 'Blue Cloud' which I suspect this plant is. And, yes, the bees love it.
