Seen in a garden in the lowlands of Scotland. Can anyone give me its name please?

Thank you everyone. I too wish it were in my garden. Any ideas about propagation? It arrived on its own, and has been there for two years.

Just hope that it seeds itself nearby. It could take up to 10 years for seedlings to flower, but with luck you could have some new flowering plants in 3 or 4 years.
