all the best steve | I have never known anyone grow it as chicken-food but apparently it was in times past.
I have chickens and the odd plant of Fat-hen, but they don't seem to bother with it too much, mind you, I do feed them well!

| | | Re: Confirm Fat hen please Very interesting read Woodman. I know the seed is capable of going through the gut of farm animals and remaining fertile; so if you spread the manure from animals that have eaten Fat-hen, you are certainly sowing the seeds.
A very successful species.
