In today's Telegraph restaurant review of Roganic, London, owned by our local Simon Rogan of Michelin starred l'Enclume, Cartmel, Matthew Norman was served shoulder of Cumbrian hogget, artichokes, sauted sweetbreads, wild red mustard and chenopodium.
How's that for a co-incidence?
The whole experience was given 5/10!
