1. Purple Loosestrife - Lythrum salicaria.
2. Wild Basil - Clinopodium vulgare.
3. I'd go for Hoary Ragwort - Senecio erucifolius. Paler flowers, grey, down-covered leaves. Inner sepals barely black-tipped.

Yes Hoary Ragwort for 3- one of those plants much easier to do in the field than from a photo! |
