| | | help with id please? common/seaside centaury? + 1 other Hi!
Recently took this picture on grassland at Horden Beach on the Durham Coast, was wondering whether anyone can confirm if this is either common centaury or seaside centaury
Also found this bell shaped flower in the woodland at Hawthrone Dene nearby. Does anyone know what it is?

| | | Re: help with id please? common/seaside centaury? + 1 other The Centaury is Common Centaury, Seaside Centaury has much narrower leaves, described as strap-shaped, where the two sides of the leaf are almost parallel.
The other one looks like a white variety of Creeping Bellflower - Campanula rapunculoides.
