Scottish Orchids and other Wildflowers

Hi

I'm heading to Speyside and Mull this weekend for a weeks holiday. I wonder if anybody can PM me sites or advice for any of the following - although it may be getting a little late to catch some of the following in flower perhaps?

Frog orchid
Heath Spotted Orchid
Early Marsh Orchid
Northern Marsh Orchid
Narrow Leaved Marsh Orchid
Heath Fragrant Orchid
Small White Orchid
Creeping Lady's Tresses
Lesser Twayblade

I only have limited time (and ability!), so finding species like Lesser Twayblade may be a bit too much of a push...

I also hope to stop for Dark red Helleborines in Durham on the way up...

Are there any other exciting flowers that a novice like me should try and see whilst up there? Or en route from the south? - Not sure I'll be able to make it to the high tops of the mountains though...
