| | | Re: ID for wall growth John's right, Wall Rue - Asplenium ruta-muraria, a true Fern. They don't flower as such.
They have sori, usually, (but not always), on the underside of the leaves. These are little 'bundles' of spores. They are arranged differently in each species and can be diagnostic.
In Wall Rue, when ripe, the sori look like clusters of fish-eggs though you will need a lens to appreciate it.
