| | | some help with some nettles please Hi another group I find very difficult to id individuals.  
Flower similar to a nettle but the leaves are quite different.    
I THINK these are all the same. they were growing together at the side of an overgrown footpath. the leaves all look alike but the flowers are different. some white some pink and some red. and one has formed a tall spike of many tiers. maybe it is just more mature??
Any help gratefully appreciated.

Slapped wrist. I should have recognised betony as I have pictured it several times before!! Must be developing tunnel vision.
The hemp nettle threw me as there were so many variations within the flowers in the same plant. Another lesson learnt!
