Agreed they are stunning plants! - The prettiest orchid so far according to my girlfriend!

Can anybody confirm the Campanula in my above post? Clustered Bellflower?

That's it, your photos have convinced me...I'm going down! When I went the plants were all brown and burnt (literally!), bar a few tiny specimens.

I'll update on this thread.

(p.s. a recent publication by Prof. Richard Bateman in the Hardy Orchid Society Journal suggests all supposid D. traunsteinerioides south of a line between North Wales and the Humber Estuary are all just hybrids/extreme variants of Southern Marsh orchid with only northern plants representing the actual species! Time will tell as Dactylorhizas are continually reclassified).
