The only place I've seen them is Sweeney Fen along with hundreds (thousands?) of Marsh Helleborines, though they were Marsh Fragrant, not Common/Heath Fragrant.

Mike, they were at Llanermynech Rocks, around a dozen spikes of Common Fragrant Orchid.
