almost, it's common hempnettle, Galeopsis tetrahit
here's a photo of the much rarer arable weed, red-hemp nettle: 
still a nice thing to find though!

Hi Andy,
I'm pretty sure it's not Red Bartsia as it looked like something I was unfamiliar with and Red Bartsia's something I've definitely seen before but I've managed to post this photo twice and am coming up with different suggestions - the other one being Marsh Woundwort.

Red Bartsia does not have the typical 'spikey' sepals of Hemp Nettles.
So I'm with leifus, Common Hemp Nettle - Galeopsis tetrahit. .

EDIT. Just enlarged the photo. Could well be Marsh Woundwort - Stachys palustris. In fact that's my choice. Leaves not serrated enough for Hemp-nettle.

The leaves are also stalkless which doesn't fit with Hemp Nettle (although it would with Marsh Woundwort). |

Just thought I'd add some photos for comparison.
Red Bartsia 
Marsh Woundwort  
I think (and I may well be wrong) that it looks more like Red Bartsia because of the size of the plant, few flowers per whorl, corolla with 3 distinct lobes on lower part with narrow rather than wide middle lobe, no white patterning on lip, and stem branching pattern with opposite curved upwards side branches. But it does seem to be growing in marshy ground |
