Your first one is Hare's-foot clover, and I think the second is False oat-grass.

I agree. Hare's-foot Clover, a lovely Clover when seen close-up.

False Oat-grass - Arrhenatherum elatius, is probably our commonest tall grass on un-cut, un-improved grassland. Found just about eveywhere, often covering very large areas. A superb 'natural' habitat for the now rare Harvest Mouse.
