all the best steve | Steve, you are right, the flowers of Sea Radish, (ssp. maritimus), are always yellow.
Much more likely to be Wild Radish - Raphanus raphanistrum. Leaves look good for Wild R.
The flowers of Wild Radish can be white/pale-purple or creamy yellow, but are nearly always with lilac-veins. These may be present, but are not obvious in this photo.
