St Johns Wort ID

Can anyone confirm this is Pale St Johns Wort please , taken last week at Sand Point near Weston Super Mare

Hi Mark.
It is certainly possible as it does grow in that area. But a positive ID is difficult with just a flower to go on.

St. John's Wort's, like many groups of plants, require certain details to be apparent to determine its species, such as leaves, (both sides in this case), a close-up of the stem and a pic. of the whole plant, or a description of same.

Pale St. John's Wort is very local and not a common plant anywhere, so it would be a great find. Any chance of some more photo's to help make a positive ID?

This is the only photo , I will in future try to remember to take photos of leaves/whole plants to aid in id.
Guess we will never quite know about this one
