Looks like a white variety of cornflower maybe a cultivated variety I have never seen it before but there are pics on the web. |

Quite a lot of wildflowers have white varieties, there was a thread dedicated to them a while back. Albino Flower Photo Board

I'm quite convinced this is a Greater Knapweed.
Looks like it should be added to the albino list. Is ther one? |

Yes, it is a white Greater Knapweed - Centaurea scabiosa.
There is a thread for 'Aberrations', including albino's. Aberrant Plants - Photo Board
