Quite a few common weeds do; you can usually find White & Red Dead-nettle out in mid-winter, Thale Cress is another one that rarely has an off-season and I remember seeing Hogweed & Black Mustard out last December. There are also a few species that are designed to flower late; the population of Late Michaelmas-daisy ( Aster x versicolor) naturalised at Abbey Wood Station near me was in full bloom just before Christmas last year |
