What is this please..
I found a small plant in my garden and potted it up. I have a feeling it could be from some bird seed that we scattered. I would love to know what it is please.

It's Ragweed, (Ambrosia artemisiifolia) - an American member of the daisy family that springs up as a casual. Almost certainly, yours was from bird-seed; a very healthy-looking plant, too, much better than the one I found recently

Many thanks for the prompt information. I had a feeling it was a weed from Bird Seed. It won't be long before it is in the compost bin.
