| | | Anthing wrong with this Tansy? Hi Folks,
Found this Tansy plant at work yesterday and didn't recognise it until I walked up to it as it is totally different to all other plants I've seen. The flower head on the right is about 5 inches across and the plant as a whole has many more, but smaller, florets than I've seen before. The plant was also about 5ft tall
Any comments,
Cheers,
Adam

Could be a freak, or have come into contact with some fertiliser and overdosed! |

| | | Re: Anthing wrong with this Tansy? I was going to ask for an I.D. on the same plant. I assumed it was a garden plant as it was in the garden of a stately home that we visited on Sunday. I also thought it was/is related to the Tansy. Hope someone can i.d. it for both of us. |

| | | Re: Anthing wrong with this Tansy? Ha! If it was in a garden it was certainly Achillea "Goldplate". This can grow that tall. |

I am assuming that Adam's is an escapee. |

| | | Re: Anthing wrong with this Tansy? It's in a strange isolated location if it is an escapee, and I will have to go back and check other features. I did make a mental note that the leaves looked different too.
Cheers,
Adam
