I reckon Smooth Sow Thistle Sonchus oleraceus for the first one and Hedge Woundwort Stachys sylvatica for the third ,

2 wild privet- a shrub, the flowers smell lovely!
3 Hedge woundwort- the leaves smell weird when rubbed
