Hiya Graham,
I reckon Smooth Sow Thistle Sonchus oleraceus for the first one and Hedge Woundwort Stachys sylvatica for the third ,

And the 4th one looks like Teasel Dipsacus fullonum - usually only see the flower heads of these plants photographed but the leaves are fascinating,

1 I agree with sowthistle
2 wild privet- a shrub, the flowers smell lovely!
3 Hedge woundwort- the leaves smell weird when rubbed

How large was the plant labelled number 2. The flower looks like a bedstraw. |

Just checked the image larger, yes a shrub, not quite a Bedstraw. I would say a Privet to. |
