This is growing up between paving stones. The flowers are tiny - perhaps 2mm. The flowers have some resemblance to speedwell, but not sure if there is one this small.
Sorry the photo isn't great. If nobody can tell then I will try take a better one tomorrow.

| | | Re: Is this speedwell? Thanks - looking at the two options it does seem like it may be Veronica arvensis. But the leaves are not toothed, although I will check again tomorrow to make sure.

| | | Re: Is this speedwell? Having had a closer look I have to agree that Wall Speedwell - S.Arvensis is the most likely contender. Looking closely you can just see one or two toothed basal leaves.
