I found this fella in a wild part of my garden,
Does anyone know what type of flower this is

Loooks very similar to what I believe is Iviy Broomrape which I found growing here on the IoW a week or so back. In the nearest flower spike in your photo you can see down the corolla tube to what looks like a yellow stigma which is another useful pointer besides the host plant, Rob
Here's the plant I found for comparison (it was only about 10-12cm tall): |

It's growing through a big bunch of ivy, but not directly off of it.
It's nice to know it's not a triffid
