Hi all, I was looking through some old snaps again and came across these two plants, I know next to nothing about wildflowers so could anyone help me identify them? Apologies for the dodgy photography!   |

Could be Betony, Stachys officinalis.

Forgot to add these were taken at Arnside Knott at the begining of August 2007.
