Not sure, maybe Pignut. About 15 inch tall. 
Not sure on this one either  Growing in a field of wheat. I`m thinking Peaflower family?

2) Not Spear Thistle because the flowerheads are too small. I think Slender Thistle is a possibility.

| | | Re: Flower Id/Confirmation please It took me ages to see the difference between charlock and black mustard but when they are in fruit, like in your pic, the fruits of charlock point upwards and outwards whilst those of black mustard stay close to the stem. |
