Can you help? I have a spreading vetch growing from kerb. 6 pairs of leaves, single pink flower growing from leaf joint, seed pod about 20mm.Sorry no picture yet - camera batteries run down! |

Does it look anything like this? 
This is Common Vetch, Vicia sativa - as the name suggests, it's by far the most likely candidate going by your description  |
