Can anyone identify this flower please

I have searched books and websites but still unable to find this flower.
The photo was taken alongside the river Adure in sussex on the grass bank,
the river is tidal and and the plant is exsposed to the elements.
If you need to see a bigger photo I have put the same photo in the unidentified section of wild flowers in the image library.
I hope someone can identify this flower, thanks for looking.

To me it looks a bit like a Broad Bean, but not sure that would be growing wild

Hedge Witch is right, it is Broad Bean, Vicia faba, often found because it is commonly grown as cattle feed.
