I think this first one is Cowslip. 
But not sure if this is what they look like once the flowers are fully open, or if this is something else? They don't quite seem to be the same thing. 
They were both growing in the same area.

The first one looks like a cowslip - primula veris to me. The other a primrose - primula vulgaris.

The second looks like False Oxlip (P.veris x P.vulgaris). Primrose has single flowers on each stem.

Could I just also confirm that this one is also Cowslip.
