Yours are probably from a neighbour's garden or even from a bird seed feeder. They are not British wild flowers and can only be considered a weed if they grow where you don't want them to grow. I like them so I leave them alone. |

I think it's a really pretty plant, and I envy you. My grandma gave me a load of seeds last year from her plants but only one has come up so far.
It self seeds, but it's not particularly invasive and is easily spotted and pulled up before it flowers due to the bluish foliage. |
