Pink Chicory

In a pasture with very short grazed Chicory ,mostly with single blooms,I came on a pink Chicory flower.
I realise it can be various shades of blue,down to white,but wondered how common pink chicory is?

Im not sure that I've ever seen a pink flowered Chicory growing wild, though I did buy one at a garden show many years ago. An attractive variant which presumably does occur occasionally as a wild plant as a mutation, from where the form was taken into horticultural circles.
