Oak or Elm

I apologise for being a nuisance but this looks like both of these trees in my book , i hope to get there eventually, sorry i was too far away to get a close up of the leafs

This is surely an Oak. The three trees behind are also Oaks.
An Elm of this age, (despite now being quite rare), would have a very rough bark and probably much sucker growth around the base.
But I agree, it does have a similar 'look' to an Elm.
