| | Wild Apples? Another thought re wild fruit....on my dog walks recently I've come across what look like apples in the wild. They don't ressemble crab apples as they seem to be bigger and generally green with no yellowing or redness so I was wondering are they simply wild apples?
As I gave away all our cookers to the cider man I was wondering if I can use these for cooker apple related recipes?
Thx

| | | Re: Wild Apples? If there are lots of apple trees, maybe an old orchard? They're fantastic places. I was in one last year in the Chilterns - lots of birdlife, and even deer. Of course, I had to sample the apples, so many different varieties.
As for cooking with them....try it and see! |
