| | | Plant id please Hi can some one ID this plant for me came up in my garden this year i liked the look of it so left to see what it was but not got a clue its growing very near my bird feeders if that any help sorry pics not that good

Someone else may have some ideas, maybe I'm missing something, but I'l keep trying.
It's a very attractive plant.

Dorts. | Yes is attractive will get some more pics when it stops raining see if they help but have noticed the flower heads seem to fold in and and face down in the rain oh and hover flies love it  MIKE |

I see in Stace he says ' mainly from bird-seed'.
Comes from the Nile I believe and is sometimes called Bishop's weed.

| | | Re: Plant id please Thanks all for id glad to no what it is and it is from my bird seed well it can grow again if it wishes I like the plant often get a few odd ones from bird seed along with sunflowers niger and dope plants but this one was a 1st thanks again.  MIKE |
