The plant to the left with the 'spikey-burs' is Branched Bur-reed - Sparganium erectum.
The plant with the small three-petaled white flowers is Water Plantain - Alisma plantago-aquatica,
and the plant with the ferny upright stems looks like either Mare's-tail - Hippuris vulgaris (native), or a rather straggly Parrot Feather - Myriophyllum aquaticum, an invasive intruder.

Definitely Mare's-tail (agree the main plant is Water-plantain). |
