ID of plants in garden

There's a couple of plants that have appeared in my garden which look quite interesting. the latter one seems to be coming into flower but is taking a while about it. any ideas what they are??

I think the first is caper spurge (Euphorbia lathyris) and the second common millet (Panicum miliaceum).

The Caper Spurge is biennial, so your plants will flower next year. Great achitectural plants they are too. Just let them set seed and you'll have them every year.
