I took this picture at Crayford Marshes in London.
Can someone please tell me it's identity?

At first glance I would have said 'Harebell'. But the plant is too stout, the flower isn't hanging down and the petals are too rounded for that species.
I think it's Campanula carpatica (Carpathian Harebell), a very popular summer bedding plant, comes in many varieties and is now being found in the wild especially around London.
