please ID my weed
it has a narrow leaf with an almost orchid like tiny purple flower and has small ( pea pod )like seeds a bit like laburnam (sorry for my spelling) and its growing in my lawn would like to know what it is and are the seeds poisinous please help

Welcome to WAB Kingy.
Your plant sounds like a small plant of Common Vetch - Vicia sativa.
Not poisonous if that is what it is. Any chance of a photo?
