I had it in mind as carrot family and was working on that basis,
via Rose Wild Flower key. I don't think I'll ever get to grips with ID using those keys. Just as well we have folks like you on this forum. Forever grateful. No doubt, as Arnie might say, I'll be back!! |

| | | Re: Help with ID - plant close to water No probs. I never use the key...  I found it easier to use a more basic guide to look at the pics then cross reference with rose's book. I use the keys for similar looking families like the St. John's worts or willowherbs to break them down to species level. Once you learn the families you can just jump to the sections and go from there! Not that it is always that easy though.....
