Best Tasty Blackberry for Me and Wildlife - HELP!!!

Hi everyone

To cut a very long story short, the mean and ignorant gas men came and dug up half of my side garden (without asking permission, like they were supposed to do) and have dug up the wildflower and blackberry bed.

Any suggestions please for which tasty blackberry that will also be great for wildlife I should get them to buy me as a replacement? Or should I get different varieties for different flowering and fruiting times? Or does the variety not matter? Should I go for thorns (my nemesis) or thornless (open to more nasties eating my tasty berries)?

Any help would be greatly appreciated please. I'm sure you can imagine how gutted I am at this loss, especially as it's taken me 4 years so far to develop the wildflower side of it.

I like the taste of Himalayan Giant, a very vigorous bramble that is very common around London. As with most of its close relatives insects love the flowers.
