Oh dear  | Brambles cropped up on a radio programme I was listening to today and the nub of it was that recent generations have lost their appreciation of this brilliant plant. I have to ask, are you aware of the delights of the fruit of the bramble?

Not that all of the youngsters are ignorant of what we of a certain age take for granted to be common knowledge,but the nub of the item was that kids, and many adults, seem to be largely ignorant of the natural sources of fruit and vegetables etc.
I hope you pass on your obvious appreciation of natures bounty to subsequent generations.In fact I'd be delighted if you'd pass on some of that pie.
