Hi, I know there are a couple of similar threads on here but just wondered if anyone had spotted any masses of poppies/ poppy fields in SW England as I am keen to photograph them. Finding them is such a challenge because the fields I have photographed in the past have since been farmed/sprayed. The National Trust fields on Pentire Point near Newquay is famed for its displays of poppies but even this appears to be bereft of red this year. Below is a link to a field I captured a few years ago near Ermington. This display has not been seen since. Any help/advice greatly appreciated.

The metro, page 42 i think (Google London Metro E-Edition and view today's paper) has a photo of a field in Ipswitch that is in bloom.
Might be what you are after, might not. |
