Italian Lords and Ladies?

I have not seen one before but I think that this is an Italian Lords and Ladies (Arum Italicum). It has a pale veined, non-spotted leaf. I would appreciate a positive id since its the first one I have come across.

Looks like a 'normal' Arum maculatum. They often have no purple markings.
In Arum italicum, the spadix is yellow and the spathe is almost twice the size of A. maculatum.
