Honeysuckle species?
I have had this species identified as possibly a shrubby honeysuckle, although the photograph was taken when in fruit. Now it is in flower, can anyone give me an exact identification? Large woody shrub about 2.5 metres in height approx.
Sorry not a British plant but hey

It's definitely a shrubby honeysuckle, very like the Lonicera Winter Beauty which has a long flowering time, but the leaves look different. There are dozens to choose from; perhaps try someone like Hillier's who are specialists?

Yes I may have a search around. It has been in my parents garden ever since they moved there and have only recently wondered what it was. Lonicera sp. for now then!
